This website aims to help you use clinical governance and risk management quality improvement methods in your work.

You can use this website in three ways. As a:

  • Reference source
  • Training resource

"There is an online resource for frontline NHS staff available. The resource has been designed to act as a gateway for NHS Scotland staff to support the enhancement of patient experience. The site supports both rapid access to key documents and also deeper exploration of resources and current literature. It has been designed to enable quick access to resources, support continuous professional development or to use as a resource with patients and carers."
